Fill out our application. Here we gather information about you, including your personal and professional history. The more information you give, the better match we can make! Please have a current resume and picture ready to attach to your file.
2. AGENCY INTERVIEW WITH DULUTH POPPINS
After we receive your application, we will call you at the number provided to set up your agency interview.
3. SUBMIT YOUR REFERENCES
Send this link to your personal and professional references. Your references will return the form directly to Duluth Poppins.

4. COMPLETE BACKGROUND CHECK
Once your application is processed, you will receive an email from our background check company. Follow the prompts to fill out and pay for your background check ($34 one-time fee).

5. INTERVIEW WITH FAMILIES
Once your profile is complete, Duluth Poppins will get to work matching you with families. We will contact you to set up interviews to find your perfect match.
