A UMD Sophomore, she's majoring in business. She grew up with younger siblings and her mom's daycare. This past summer, Paige became a certified substitute for in-home daycare providers and traveled as a preschool teacher. Outside school, she enjoys staying active, hitting the gym, crafting, golfing, spending time with friends, and exploring new culinary adventures.

Her passion is witnessing and contributing to children's growth and development during their early years.

Meet IO, they/them! Their passion for childcare dates back to childhood, being one of 17 cousins who required supervision. Fond memories inspired them to pursue a childcare career. Over the years, they've worked in various roles, from nature centers to youth rock climbing instruction, preschools, and youth group homes. These experiences equipped them with diverse skills and deepened their love for nurturing and supporting children.

Meet Mason, he has been providing care and education for young children aged 1-5 for over five years. Mason is halfway through my Bachelor of Fine Arts K-12 Education degree at UMD. He loves painting, playing guitar, and sharing these with the kids he cares for. His favorite part of working with kids is hearing their stories and perspectives and making them laugh!

Meet Meghan! She's empathetic, dedicated, and joyful. Meghan holds a degree in Speech-Language Pathology from UMD (graduated in 2015) and has a wealth of diverse employment and life experiences. Her interests include dancing, music, nature walks, rock collecting, swimming, self-discovery, and spreading laughter.
